Yes, I'm still alive ... I'd post in Off-Topic but I can't find my password <_<

Anyway ... I know at least a few of y'all have to have UT2k3 (I just got it for christmas)... what servers do you play on?

I play:
1 - ::LOB:: Custom DM 146.20.43.118:7777
2 - FlackAss's House (Down at the moment, Can't get IP)

as bm.Deathwind

While we're on the topic of UT2k3 ... why the hell am I averaging UNDER 30FPS in battles online? I'm playing at 640x480, 16-bit everything, all textures on UltraLow, and even set my D3D MipMap driver settings to "High Performance." I'm running a Radeon 8500, 1.5gHz P4, so I can't help but think that the game is totally un-optimized (or even anti-optimized) for ATI cards. The giant NVIDIA logo kinda gives it away. My familie's computer (GF3, 2.4gHz P4) runs it many times better...

What driver version? I've got whatever the newest ones are ... Catalyst 3.0's I think...

Curious ... I put all the texture settings to "normal" and res at 1024 ... and my framerate never dipped below 30. Average was anywhere between 35 and 50+ and that was on Antalus (which is usually the slowest map for me). Though it was still on 16-bit color... with detail textures off and blob shadows on... :ph34r:

I donno which one it exactly it is (2.8 Cat), the driver version is5.13.1.6166 I had to revert to this vertion because of some issues the CAT 3.0 drivers brought up with my 3d Studio. Could have been some thing I forgot to do but I havent had time to go back to the CAT3 drivers... *shrug*
