When are there players in the server?

What is a good time to find players in the server, in general? Is anything scheduled among some of the players? My apologies if this comes off as rude or unwarranted due to some knowledge I should have had.

lol, nothing wrong with asking. I'd say there are usually 2 - 6 people in there from 4 to 6 most days then it fills up after that, and sometimes till the wee hours of the morning.
