Ban Whining Rants

I'm not a member of [THE], but I do regularly surf these forums ;). It really pisses me off to see Active Topics convoluted with "OMG, I got FUCKING BANNED, YOU ALL ARE LOSERS." To all the whiners and future whiners, get over it. If you did something, you got what you deserved; if you didn't, it's not your server, so if they choose to ban you, then that's fine and dandy.

When I used to play CS, I'd get kicked off of servers as well, not because of cheats or foul behavior :P, or any of that crap. I'd be booted because "OMG you shoot the admin," or other varying stupid reasons. Hey life sucks, but CS servers are a dime a dozen. Get banned from one? Mark it as a blacklisted server in whatever you use to find a CS server to play on.

I don't think [THE] appreciates it when you fill the forums with ban threads. I know I don't like surfing them either :angry:.

I dont agree totally. Everyone deserves a chance to either contest a ban or at least find out why they've been banned, and it'd be worth trying to get unbanned from [THE]'s server cause the regulars are great people and its an awesome server to play on. You dont have to worry about admin abuse or getting banned for shooting admin, or stupid stuff. BUT, i will say that if you post asking to be unbanned, and they say "We saw you cheat, ban stays", it needs to stop there. None of this "oh, im just good, plz unban ME!" or, "Im A g00d pLAyer, plZZZZ unban me!!!!!!!!!11 OKTHXBYE!" shit, simple because the [THE] admins dont deserve to deal with that BS. Example, "Era", he got what he deserved and i think thats a good solution to any more situations like that in the future...

Now if we could only ban people from the forum and [THE] server simply for being whiny ass crybabies... :shifty:
